These Terms of Use set forth the basic provisions regarding the use of the Services provided and operated by Ojas Jewels (the "Company"). They apply to the Company and to all users of the Services.

"Services" means any services made available to Users through the Ojas Jewels website and related applications.

"Intellectual Property Right" means copyright, patent, utility model, trademark, design right and any other intellectual property right, including the right to obtain and register such rights.

Users shall register the information necessary for using the Services and provide true and accurate information. The Company provides the Services based on registered User Information and is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from false, misleading or omitted information.

Users shall notify the Company of any change to their User Information without delay. Any notice from the Company that fails to reach a User because of the User's failure to update their information shall be deemed delivered when it would normally have been delivered.

Each User is responsible for managing their own Password and may not lease, transfer, sell, or allow any third party to use it. The Company shall deem that the registered holder of a Password has used the Services once the Password is verified.

The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a User's lack of care in handling their Password or its misuse by a third party. If a User discovers that their Password has been stolen or misused, they must notify the Company immediately and follow its instructions.

Once a User completes registration, a User Agreement is executed in accordance with these Terms of Use and the Services are made available to the User. Users may use the Services only in the manner specified by the Company, for personal use, and as long as these Terms are complied with.

Users shall, at their own cost, maintain the devices, software and network environment necessary to use the Services. The Company may restrict certain Users' access to all or part of the Services based on age, identity verification, User Information or other conditions it deems necessary.

Jewellery prices depend on the prevailing metal rate, weight, making charges and applicable GST, and are confirmed at the time of billing. Offers and promotions apply only during their stated period and on the stated terms.

Users who purchase products or fee-based Services shall submit a purchase request in the manner specified by the Company and are responsible for any fees associated with payment. Only Users who have paid for fee-based Services may access them.

All Intellectual Property Rights in the Content provided by the Company belong to the Company or its licensors. No licence granted under these Terms confers any right to the Company's intellectual property.

Unless permitted by the Company, Users may not modify, edit, translate, disclose or allow third parties to use information provided by the Company, or do anything that may infringe the Company's Intellectual Property Rights (including disassembling, decompiling or reverse engineering).

Trademarks, logos and service marks displayed within the Services do not grant Users or any third party a licence to use them. Content posted by Users remains the property of the respective Users, who grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, free and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute and display it in connection with the Services.

Users shall not, directly or through a third party: infringe the intellectual property, publicity, privacy, reputation or other rights of the Company, other Users or third parties; purchase products or fee-based Services without the means to pay for them; violate any law, regulation, court order or binding administrative decision, or encourage such violation; engage in any fraudulent, misleading or harmful conduct; or interfere with the operation of the Services.
